Gustavo and his team are professional, friendly, and tremendously efficient. Gustavo answered all of my communications quickly and clearly and continued to provide updates as needed. He was flexible about working around the dates that worked for us and his team handled the job extremely quickly. Gustavo and his team did a great job of removing the asbestos in my home.  He was always accessible, answered my questions timely and was friendly. I highly recommend CVK for asbestos abatement They are reasonable and professional. We suspected asbestos vinyl under ceramic tiles during renovation. Work had to be stopped immediately and samples submitted to lab came positive for asbestos. Based on online reviews i engaged CVK, their quote was reasonable (asbestos abatement is expensive) and they were able to file paperwork with State and certify air quality after their work was done. Pictures were provided during the work and CVK team was able to wrap up the work over a weekend putting our renovation back on schedule. They had to cover the whole area to isolate, scrape all the asbestos meticulously, grind the floors and finally paint the floors. They even carried out the furniture to be disposed. We contacted Gustavo because we had an unused old flue pipe with asbestos that needed to be taken care of. It was in a very difficult position. After coming on site, he suggested several different ways of doing the job, and patiently listened to our concerns about the problems. We agreed on a method, and he was there as agreed, and did an incredibly neat job. It is obvious that he has a lot of experience with construction and maintenance. Gustavon Ordon explained the job and removed all Aesbestos from heating pipes. Gave me a certificate of Completion after filing the required paperwork with the NJ state. He is a licensed  contractor, very reasonable and professional. Job very well done.
